Attendance Calendar per Student

All exam results are stored on the student profile with performance bands, marks, and subject-wise breakdown. For any student, Chatmadi can generate a longitudinal narrative report using the Anthropic AI API. The AI pulls all available data: exam scores, absence history, PTM notes, safety alerts, homework completion rates, and fee records, and writes a structured counsellor-style assessment covering academic standing, behavioural patterns, family engagement, and recommended actions.
Welfare Flags and Safety Alerts
Welfare concerns can be flagged on any student profile with severity levels (Critical, High, Medium, Low), category (medical, behavioural, family situation, peer conflict, academic concern), and a detailed note. Open alerts appear on the class teacher's and principal's dashboards. Alert history is maintained on the student profile permanently.
Sibling Auto-Detection
When a new student is added, Chatmadi checks existing records for students with the same parent phone numbers and flags potential siblings automatically. This helps admin staff link family records, apply sibling discounts in fee structures, and ensure PTM meetings account for families with multiple children enrolled.
Year-End Promotion Workflow
At the end of each academic year, the promotion workflow lets admin staff preview all students in a class and mark each one as promoted, retained, or graduated. Bulk promotion moves the entire class to the next class for the new academic year. Each promotion creates a class history record so the student's year-on-year progression is permanently tracked.
UDISE Compliance Export
