Does my principal or office admin need a separate login?
Yes. Every staff member gets their own login with role-based access. Owner sees everything. Principal sees academics. Admin sees fees and daily ops. Teachers only see their classes.
We run multiple branches under one trust. Does Chatmadi handle that?
Yes. Each branch is a separate workspace. Plans are based on student count per workspace, so a 400-student branch runs on the School plan, a 80-student branch runs on Growth.
How does fee collection integrate with our existing bank account?
Razorpay credits go directly to your school's registered bank account. Chatmadi never touches your money. We only process the transaction and reconcile records.
