Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan is permanently free for up to 50 students with no credit card required and no time limit. There is no trial period after which it expires.
What happens if my student count exceeds my plan limit?
You will be prompted to upgrade to the next plan. Your data is never deleted. You can archive inactive students to stay within your limit without upgrading if you prefer.
Does annual billing really save 2 months?
Yes. Annual billing costs 10 months of the monthly price billed as a single annual payment. You get 12 months of access. For the Growth plan, annual billing is Rs.4,992 per year versus Rs.6,000 if you paid monthly.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No setup fees, no data migration fees, no training fees, and no charge for adding staff members. The only additional cost is the WhatsApp Business API messaging cost which is paid directly to Meta by your school.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Annual plans can be cancelled and you retain access until the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and the annual price takes effect from your next billing cycle. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
